Cheyenne Wells, Junior at Texas State, 20

"I think sexual assault is an issue at every university, not just Texas State."

"Sexual assault can be verbal and/or physical."

"I have not been the victim of sexual assault, but I am always raising awareness and my friends know they can come to me for help."

"I'm thankful for the Bobcat Bobbies and what they provide to people feeling unsafe on campus."

Mason Mathias, Real estate agent in Austin, TX, 24

"As a Baylor alumni, I have been exposed to stories about sexual assault at Baylor as well as several allegations."

"Sexual assault is to be taken seriously every single time, even if it is an allegation."

I have good friends who have experienced forms of sexual assault and it is heartbreaking, I do all I can to be supportive and helpful, but there are times when they need more than a friend and I recommend a professional or speaking to a trusted adult immediately."

"Personally, I will do whatever it takes to stop sexual assault if it is in my power, women should not have to be afraid in situations where men could not care less."
